Rules
Open to any youth
Must show rabies vaccination certificate (not tags) for Cats & Dogs
All animals must be brought onto fairgrounds in carrier or on leash
Aggressive/uncontrollable animals will be disqualified and dismissed from fairgrounds
One (1) entry per class per youth
