Each year businesses and educational organizations rent space at the Putnam County Fair to ‘shop their wares,’ distribute educational materials and messages and meet the almost 62,000 people who come to the fair.

Tuesday, July 30, Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday August 1 — Open for Commercial Exhibit Set-Up
Thursday all exhibits must be in place no later than 4p for the Fair’s Opening.
Weekdays Building Open 4p – 9p
Saturdays Building Open 2p – 9p
Sunday Building Open 2p – 9p
Exhibitors in outside spaces may want to follow these hours as this is when guests are expected to be on the grounds in significant numbers.
The fair can accommodate most any size exhibit space because of its wide array of facilities – from the North Exhibit Hall or near Grand Ma’s Barnyard and the midway.
Many of our exhibitors return year after year because they know they can depend on the fair attracting many people from Putnam and surrounding counties as well as the entire Upper Cumberland area and adjoining states.
Your booth can be manned or unmanned; however, the Putnam County Fair, it’s board and volunteers, will not be responsible for lost items. The gates in the North Grandstand are locked after the building closes.
