Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Putnam County Fair, boasting over 500 volunteers with an estimated 25,000 hrs. 62 people work year-round including 30 Board and 20 Junior Board Members lead by Fair Director, John Allen. These all give their time to make the fair the best it can be.
